Rank priority markets

Rank priority markets

In the GOABROAD© method, the tool that helps us decide which markets are a priority for the company is called MARKET ATTRACTIVENESS. Starting from the indicators chosen in the previous phase, it leads us to assign a score to all potentially interesting markets and to define a ranking of attractiveness.

At this point, to prioritize the allocation of resources to specific markets, the ranking obtained with Market Attractiveness needs to be weighed against all non-quantitative information collected in our Country Outlook.

This method allows us to make choices not solely based on subjective judgments or impromptu opportunities, as unfortunately often happens.

To assess this information and deduce the opportunities and threats in different markets, the two models used by the GOABROAD© method are PESTEL analysis and the Five Competitive Forces model.
